Applying Materials: Select and place precut fiberglass mats, cloth, or core materials onto prepared molds, following engineering instructions (SOPs). Lamination & Rolling: Apply resin (polyester, vinylester, or epoxy) to the fiberglass, then use specialized, hand-held, or extended rollers to compress the layers. Air Removal: Meticulously roll out air bubbles, voids, and wrinkles to prevent weak spots (delamination) and ensure a high-quality finish. Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, properly disposing of hazardous materials and wearing necessary personal protective equipment (respirators, gloves).
