Fidelity Agile Process Specialist Role

Become an Agile Process Specialist with Fidelity Canada, leading Agile pods from our Toronto office, transitioning to Mississauga by late 2026. This hybrid role emphasizes team collaboration and effective delivery management.
In this role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure that clear, actionable requirements guide development efforts across diverse teams. With your leadership, you will promote Agile and Lean practices while proactively identifying risks and enhancing workflows.
