Field Application Engineer

Role Overview

We're looking for a technically sharp FAE to be the go-to bridge between customers and internal engineering and sales teams. You'll drive successful deployment of digital imaging solutions — spanning infrared, low-light visible, and ultraviolet — across industrial inspection, defense, and surveillance markets.

What You'll Do

• Own pre- and post-sales technical support for imaging cameras, sensors, and modules (including RMA management)
• Partner with sales to qualify customer requirements and propose the right imaging solutions
• Deliver product demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations
• Support customers through system integration, calibration, and performance optimisation
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues — image quality, thermal calibration, signal processing
• Interpret thermal imaging data and advise customers on measurement best practices
