How you'll make an impact:

• Manage and oversee the work of clinical field specialist team within a designated sales region in order to drive utilization of BU assigned products (e.g., Smart Recovery) in accordance with region sales objectives. Develop a robust talent development plan including managerial responsibilities for direct reports, performance management and development of employees; resource allocation and planning and career mentoring.
