Field Collectors (Rizal)

Join our team as a Field Collector and help us manage and recover overdue accounts in the field. In this role, you will visit clients, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure that all interactions reflect our commitment to respectful and customer-focused service. Candidates must be comfortable with fieldwork, possess excellent negotiation skills, and own a motorcycle for efficient account visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to clients with overdue accounts to facilitate payments and settlements
• Contact customers via phone, email, and in-person visits to remind them of outstanding balances
• Ensure timely collection of payments and accurately document all transactions
• Assess customers’ financial situations and recommend appropriate actions
