Position Overview
We’re seeking a Field HR Specialist to join our dynamic project team. In this pivotal on-site role, you’ll act as the primary HR contact for both craft and staff employees, collaborating closely with construction and engineering teams. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day human resources activities on the job site, delivering high-impact generalist support while drawing on the expertise of our Centers of Excellence (COEs). This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the success of a fast-paced project environment while making a tangible impact on the employee experience.
