Field HSE Lead - Oil & Gas Safety & Compliance

Progressive is seeking an experienced HSE professional to ensure compliance across well testing, drilling, and workover operations in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in HSE within oil and gas environments and hold a NEBOSH certification.

Your role will involve conducting audits, investigations, and maintaining documentation while leading safety briefings and enforcing compliance. Strong knowledge of SAWCOD systems is a plus.
