As a Field Leader, you will lead all stores in the country to success by developing a high‑performing team that consistently exceeds expectations and drives sales, profitability and business growth.

• Actively scout the market and liaise with landlords and local partners to identify business development opportunities.
• Direct and monitor all sales operations activities of the Country to ensure sales and profit targets are achieved.
