Opportunity Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grow seed, fertilizer, and crop protection sales through prospecting, account management, and territory planning
- Acquire new customers and expand business with existing grower accounts
- Promote and maximize participation in Hensall Co-op programs, promotions, and bundled offerings
- Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects to identify needs and opportunities
- Provide agronomic advice and crop solutions through on‑farm visits, meetings, and digital communication
- Utilize CRM platform, ERP systems, and field trace 2.0 for customer management, compliance, and reporting
- Collaborate with Operations Management, Agronomy, and Customer Service teams
- Support and participate in grower meetings, training sessions, and local events
- Ensure accurate administration of sales agreements and records
