Field Marketing Coordinator

As a Field Marketing Coordinator , you will be part of a dedicated team based in the Winnipeg, MB and reporting directly to the Field Marketing Manager. The role focuses on supporting big box retail stores with sales and marketing programs, executing events, and maintaining merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Local contact for big box retail stores
• Execute retail events and new product launches
• Implement category work plans for assigned brands and product categories (e.g., DeWALT, Craftsman, Stanley)
• Achieve weekly and quarterly call cycle goals
• Develop relationships with key account personnel
• Work effectively with the manager on a weekly/monthly basis
• Complete all communication requirements with accounts timely and effectively
• Conduct product knowledge training onsite at big box retail locations
