Field Operations Analyst (Hybrid)

Stryker’s Sports Medicine business delivers innovative, minimally invasive solutions that help restore patients’ mobility and quality of life. As part of the Field Operations team, this role plays a critical part in managing inventory for a rapidly growing sales organization by processing cycle counts, analyzing inventory metrics, performing inventory adjustments, providing guidance on inventory management, and preparing inventory reports.

**What You Will Do:**

+ Assist in month-end responsibilities, including pulling reports that meet proper IPE requirements, identifying/addressing inventory errors, investigating unsubstantiated balances, resolving open orders, ensuring proper material system setup, and creating reports on inventory adjustments by category.
