Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Food Manufacturing Company to hire a Field Operator (Cooking). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the startup operation and troubleshooting of cooking machinery under controlled conditions. This role ensures adherence to process quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean and efficient production environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate complex cooking equipment including cookers and related machinery.

Start machines and initiate the production process.

Perform routine machine condition checks and execute preventive maintenance as per checklists.

Prepare materials and assemble equipment before production starts.

Monitor equipment performance and adjust parameters according to standard procedures.

Detect and report equipment malfunctions or operational irregularities.
