Job Description – Field QA Engineer (EV Truck Division) Position Field QA Engineer – EV Truck Division Experience 3 – 5 Years Base Location Coimbatore Travel Requirement Willing to travel extensively across customer and service locations. Industry Preference Electric Vehicle / Commercial Vehicle / Automotive Key Responsibilities Handle field quality issues related to EV Trucks and Tipper Vehicles. Support troubleshooting and diagnosis of vehicle failures at customer locations. Coordinate with Service, Production, R&D, and Supplier teams for issue resolution. Analyze failures related to: Battery Systems Motor & Controller Charging Systems Vehicle Electricals High Voltage Components Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective action implementation. Monitor warranty and field failure data. Prepare field quality reports and maintain issue tracking records. Support vehicle validation and reliability improvement activities.
