Opportunity Description
ROLE:
The Executive – Recruitment and Mobilization is responsible for the end-to-end candidate lifecycle management. The primary goal is to ensure that candidates are effectively sourced, screened, and onboarded to meet monthly targets. This role directly impacts the placement success and joining ratios for our various client mandates.
REPORTING:
The incumbent shall report to the State Head at ExcelR.
LOCATION & TRAVEL:
Frequent travel will be required for the role (Field Recruitment)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, MSW or related field (NAPS/NATS/NGOs), Bulk Hiring (Grey/Blue), Mfg. BFSI, NBFC, Logistics, Retail.
• Mahatma Gandhi National Fellows or similar
• Min 2 years of relevant work experience
