We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Care team in Harrisonburg and nearby communities.​

This is a flexible position that can accommodate full-time or your current schedule, ideal for evenings, after your primary job, or weekends.​

Responsibilities:

Conducting initial and ongoing nursing assessments,

Developing and updating individualized care plans,

Completing office paperwork, care plan updates, required regulatory documentation, and

Conducting caregiver initial paperwork and training as needed.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Virginia (required)

CPR/BLS certification (required)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
