Requirements
- We’re looking for a driven and outgoing Field Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a passion for building relationships and uncovering opportunities.
- 1–2 years of proven success in in‑person sales, including experience building client relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and effectively communicating the value of products or services in a face‑to‑face environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident speaking with senior stakeholders in person.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to start conversations and build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
- Willingness to travel regularly for events and conferences (up to 70% of the time).
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track performance.
