About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Field Service Officer to join our Whangarei team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment for individuals serving community-based sentences, working across a variety of environments including courts, prisons, and residential homes.

• Installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment

• Responding to equipment faults and alert activations
