The Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Program is the Navy's Flagship Signal's Intelligence (SIGINT) system installed on U.S. Navy ships, Coast Guard platforms, and Foreign Navy's and shore sites. NIWC Atlantic is the In-Service Engineering Agency (ISEA) responsible for lifecycle support, from development through transition.
