Field Service Engineer

North American Construction Services, Ltd. (HQ: Pinson/Birmingham, AL) is hiring a permanent Field Service Engineer to join our team in Pinson, AL.

We are a dynamic subsidiary of Fives North American Combustion, part of the Fives Group. With over five decades of experience, we deliver innovative engineering, fabrication, and construction in industrial thermal processes, including the design, construction, retrofit, and full‑lifecycle service of furnaces, ovens, launders, holders, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer site situations, gather information regarding open issues, and develop remedial plans.
• Commission, tune, and troubleshoot a variety of combustion systems.
• Navigate PLC and HMI programs, making program changes under control group supervision.
