Field Service Engineer

Overview

Field Service Engineer who install, maintain and service coffee machines across London.

Location & Hours

Central London, 40‑hour week Monday to Friday (core hours 08:30 to 17:00). 1 in 4 weekend call‑out rota.

Salary & Benefits

Salary £36,000 to £42,000 basic (DOE). Company van, annual stand‑by rate £840, occasional overtime at 1.5×.

Responsibilities

• Install coffee machines for large outlets.
• Perform planned maintenance and reactive breakdown work.
• Travel to customer sites within London Zones 1–4, primarily on foot and 20 % by van.
• Complete service paperwork accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment as needed.

• Experience servicing coffee machines, both traditional and automated.
