Opportunity Description
Role Overview
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for level 2 (L2) support and services to internal users, working closely with other IT teams to resolve incidents and problems, and handling service requests within agreed-upon SLAs. They usually lead the solution of medium complexity cases.
What You Will Do
Maintaining applications on end-user devices, maintaining the end-user device fleet, providing guidance and training to end-users, escalating incidents to the next level of support, and documenting all interventions in the EasyVista help desk tool.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field, and experience with remote support tools, ticketing/documentation tools, and Microsoft environment.
