Roche Diagnostics in South Africa is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the North West and Pretoria. As a Field Service Engineer you will provide diagnostic instrumentation post‑sales technical support in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and Roche Diagnostics standards.
Installation / De‑installations
Manage technical installation/de‑installation in collaboration with project installation and implementation teams, engage with the Project Manager, agree on installation requirements and specifications, conduct site inspections, understand customer expectations and requirements, and assist in developing installation plans within deadline.
