Field Service Engineer – South Africa

Provide post‑sales technical support for Roche Diagnostic instrumentation across the North West and Pretoria regions. This field service role involves on‑site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical installation and de‑installation of diagnostic instrumentation, collaborating with project installation and implementation teams, conducting site inspections, and developing installation plans within deadlines.
• Provide customer support and assistance by understanding issues, evaluating causes, and delivering solutions via telephone or on‑site visits in line with SLA.
• Offer specialist technical and product advice to sales, understanding specifications and making recommendations as required.
• Support all modifications and roll‑out plans to meet global modification KPIs.
