Opportunity Description
PURPOSE:
To provide technical support, including installation, maintenance, and repair of IT hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. This Field Service Engineer plays a critical role in delivering high-quality customer service by responding to service calls across multiple locations, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing upgrades, and performing preventive maintenance to enable seamless business operations and consistently high customer satisfaction.
