Opportunity Description
Salesforce FSL Lead – 6 to 8 Years Experience * Strong experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) * Hands-on with Work Orders, Service Appointments, Work Types * Experience with Service Territories & Service Resources * Good knowledge of FSL Scheduling & Optimization * Worked on Dispatcher Console & Gantt view * Strong in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable) * Good knowledge of SOQL & SOSL * Proficient in Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled) * Experience migrating Process Builder to Flows * Experience in FSL Managed Package configuration * Hands-on with FSL Mobile App configuration & support * Experience with REST / SOAP API integrations * Good understanding of Service Cloud data model * Knowledge of Sharing & Security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets) * Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) * Strong debugging & problem-solving skills * Experience working in Agile / Scrum * Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
