Field Service Manager (Singapore)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and team leaders in service operations.
- Conduct regular meetings with the FSE team and customers to align support expectations.
- Manage installation plans and monitor tools through customer acceptance.
- Manage escalations and set priorities for customer support activities.
- Identify root causes and work closely with headquarters to deliver effective solutions to customers.
- Prepare quarterly and annual Southeast Asia spare parts and service revenue forecasts.
