This Field Service Technician role focuses on installing, commissioning, and servicing automatic unloading equipment and custom automation solutions for injection molding manufacturers. Based out of the Evansville, IN office, you will support customers primarily across Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky, with occasional travel across North America. You serve as the primary technical contact during installations, service calls, and equipment training, ensuring customer production lines stay up and running. Your work directly influences customer satisfaction, retention, and the company’s reputation in the automation market.
