About the Role
As the Field Service Technician for Carrier, you’ll be responsible for establishing professionalism in New Equipment Modernization, maintaining project schedule updates, documenting reports, and acting as the primary contact with customers. You will resolve customer issues and, as needed, escalated more complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair all refrigeration equipment and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
- Manage all allocated Service Sites and operate various centrifugal, screw and reciprocating chillers while overseeing maintenance activities for multiple technicians.
- Monitor resources, ensure optimal utilisation, support equipment operations and perform calculations for HVAC.
