Field Service Technician

Completes service duties on all levels. Responsible for repairing and maintaining security systems after installation. Evaluates and provides feedback on any current and upcoming service calls, as well as technicians performing all work. Provides on-site directive to team while maintaining expected priority levels of projects and assisting on installs.

Keeps up to date on emerging technology and assists with selection of new products and manufacturers.
