Opportunity Description
The primary responsibility of the Startup & Warranty Technician is in the after-sales service and support of products. In addition to factory-authorized equipment startup, the responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing products after installation to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the reputation of the equipment manufacturer and Louisiana Steam Equipment. Additional duties include the performance of routine preventive maintenance and repairs, as part of maintenance contracts and paid service.
Since our founding in 1928, Louisiana Steam Equipment Company has supplied application-specific heating equipment, including hydronic boilers, steam boilers, domestic water heaters, heat exchangers, steam traps, pumps, and much, much more. We work with facilities managers, engineers, maintenance technicians, and contractors to develop and integrate smart, reliable solutions to even the most complicated steam or hot water system challenges.
