Field Service Technician

This role will be based in Santa Teresa, NM, and will report to the Field Service Manager.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Diagnose, maintain and troubleshoot Bloom Energy Servers at customer site(s)
• Utilize extensive product and industry knowledge to offer technical support to customers, perform fuel cell system maintenance, perform site upkeep, adhere to safety protocols, and perform issue resolution.
