Field Service Technician

This incumbent will be an active member of the Sales Support Team in Busch Vacuum Singapore Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary under Busch Holding GmbH. As a Field Service Technician, it is important for this individual to be a TEAM player to support the delivery of high‑quality vacuum system solutions.

• Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repairing and maintenance job of Company’s products and components at customers’ sites.
• Maintain work quality by providing efficient service and technical support to customers.
• Liaise with customers and internal team relating to technical and service issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of service reports and other records.
• Support sales to get service orders, Identify sales opportunities within our install base.
• Provide product training to customers (as required).
• Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.
