Bilingual Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• :Install, troubleshoot, and repair meat slicing/skinning equipment
• .Conduct operator, maintenance, and sanitation personnel training both in-house and at customer facilities
• .Perform in-house and in-field demonstrations
• .Provide customer phone/email support, specializing in PLC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting
• .Prepare equipment for delivery
• .Execute rebuilding, repair, and preventative maintenance of customer machines
• .Undertake building maintenance and general housekeeping duties

.Qualifications

• :Associate degree, equivalent technical training, or relevant hands-on experience
• .Proficiency in electronics, AC/DC drives and inverters, PLCs, and electro-mechanical systems
• .Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical drive systems
