Role Overview

This role provides on-site basic technical support for Business Impact Area (BIA) environments, supporting VIP users and core business systems.

The position is ideal for early-career professionals and focuses on delivering hands-on IT support, resolving routine technical issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide basic on-site technical support for VIP users within BIA environments
  • Support configuration, installation, and maintenance of market data systems Bloomberg, Reuters, Broadcast, Dealing, Agência Estado, BMF)
  • Provide support for proprietary and commercial systems Windows, Office, ERP systems such as Totvs) across desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
