Position Summary

The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing technicians and operators in the field,

ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This position serves as

the primary point of contact between field personnel, customers, and management while

maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct field technicians and CDL operators

Assign daily workloads and coordinate project staffing

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company and client safety requirements

Conduct and document Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
