Field Supervisor – Solar

Job Summary
We are looking for a technically proficient Field Supervisor – Solar to lead our on-site installation teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that solar projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in strict accordance with engineering designs and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Lead and coordinate teams of technicians and installers during the deployment of solar PV systems.
Technical Oversight: Interpret SLDs (Single Line Diagrams) and structural layouts to ensure precise installation of modules, inverters, and BOS (Balance of System) components.
Commissioning: Oversee the testing and commissioning of solar plants, including string testing, insulation resistance, and grid synchronization.
Inventory Management: Manage on-site materials (panels, mounting structures, cables) to prevent delays and minimize waste.
