The Field Technical Manager, Harvesting, is responsible for maintaining and improving customer satisfaction among AGCO product owners by providing hands‑on technical support to the dealer network and supporting service development activities. This role acts as a key link between dealers, sales, and internal support functions, ensuring efficient issue resolution and strong product understanding.
The position combines field‑based and remote technical support, enabling effective problem diagnosis, escalation, and resolution. In addition, the role supports AGCO brands from a technical perspective, contributing to customer acquisition, retention, and market share growth.
