:The Field Technician should possess excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and telephone etiquette. The Field Technician will be responsible for offering support to all associates and systems in the company. The chosen candidate will have above average ability to interpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Provide both on site and remote field level IT technical support for our districts across Ontario. Assist in the planning and execution of technical projects as required.
As a Field Technician, the minimum responsibilities are:
Must be able to communicate with individuals and professionals at all levels of the organization including executives in clear English
Must have good organizational skills and be able to work independently
Must have basic project management skills and ability to work with external contractors
