The Position
:We are seeking experienced and hands-on FIFO Team Leaders and Supervisors to join our remote site teams. These roles are ideal for individuals looking to step up from frontline positions or bring prior FIFO experience in a supervisory capacity.
Cleaning Supervisor:
Lead and allocate daily cleaning tasks, providing hands-on support where required.
Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring compliance with company policies, HSEQ standards, and contractual cleaning requirements.
Conduct quality checks and maintain high standards of presentation and service.
