Accounting System Development & Implementation

1. Review and restructuring of accounting procedures, chart of accounts, and financial workflows.
2. Implementation of an organized accounting system aligned with operational and management requirements.
3. Establishment of reporting mechanisms for finance, taxation, billing, and management purposes.

Bookkeeping & Financial Management

1. Supervision and maintenance of complete bookkeeping records in accounting software installed at client’s premises.
2. Monitoring of receivables, payables, banking transactions, reconciliations, and accounting adjustments.
3. Maintenance of proper accounting records, supporting documentation, and fixed asset schedules.
