- Report CEO/Director on Monthly and Daily routine tasks
Accounting System Development & Implementation
- Review and restructuring of accounting procedures, chart of accounts, and financial workflows.
- Implementation of an organized accounting system aligned with operational and management requirements.
- Establishment of reporting mechanisms for finance, taxation, billing, and management purposes.
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
- Supervision and maintenance of complete bookkeeping records in accounting software installed at client’s premises.
- Monitoring of receivables, payables, banking transactions, reconciliations, and accounting adjustments.
- Maintenance of proper accounting records, supporting documentation, and fixed asset schedules.
