Finance and Accounting Manager (CPA Required)

The Jobholder contributes to the growth and profitability of company, by being responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling work activities relative to the attaining of goals related to the following Key Result Areas (KRAs):

• Financial Reports: Monthly Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Books of Accounts
• Government Reports - BIR, SEC, Reports to NTC, LGUs etc.
• Yearly Audit Preparation
• Accounting Policies, Guidelines and Procedures
• External Relations (Government Agencies and External Auditors)
• Property Accounting
• Leadership / Management Effectiveness

Technical Performance Areas

• Financial Management
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor work activities involving consolidation and/or analysis, recording and summarizing of the financial transactions of the company.
