What you’ll do

• Work closely with stakeholders to lead financial reporting and payout operations, understanding and assessing the impact of company initiatives.
• Manage and implement financial aspects of company projects from a finance/accounting perspective, including requirement gathering, user‑acceptance testing, workflow design, post‑go‑live monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and drive process and technology improvement opportunities.
• Provide financial performance reports and analyses to support management decision‑making.
