Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Administration Manager and School Administration Team.
- Assist with finance processes, including payments, collections, and School Management Committee (SMC) accounts.
- Update students' CCA and CIP achievements in the school system.
- Handle general administrative duties, including inventory monitoring, counter services, committee support, filing, and documentation.
- Support finance and administrative operations for the school hostel.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Administration Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or higher.
- At least 5 years of administrative experience.
- Experience in a school environment is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
