We're looking for an Operations & Finance Coordinator to join our Madrid office. LAMAR Developent is a fast-growing luxury real estate development group operating across Spain and Dubai with ambitious plans to expand. Our team is small, international, and holds itself to exceptional standards.

This is not a typical admin role. You will be at the centre of a dynamic business, supporting senior leadership across operations, finance administration, and office coordination — with real visibility and real impact from day one. Minimum 1 year of experience required.
