Requirements Key Responsibilities Understand and apply basic accounting principles relating to accounts payable. Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure accounts payable invoices are accurate, properly coded, and authorized for payment. Maintain the completeness and accuracy of all accounts payable databases and files, including monthly, periodic, and annual reconciliations of control accounts. Ensure accurate processing of accounts in compliance with company policies and procedures, including the correct application of taxes.
