Opportunity Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support daily business operations while assisting in delivering quality client servicing
Prepare client proposals, presentations and reports to support business engagements
Coordinate with clients on project requirements, timelines and deliverables
Attend client meetings and provide administrative support including follow-ups and documentation
Monitor project progress and help ensure service standards and deadlines are maintained
Prepare meeting notes, reports and internal updates to keep teams aligned
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables
Manage client enquiries professionally via email, calls and digital communication channels while contributing ideas to improve service experience
