About This Role
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager, largely across the accounts receivable and reconciliations space.
- Preparing bank reconciliations and processing journals
- Managing credit cards, reimbursements and overseas payments
- Supporting IRD returns and related compliance tasks
- Assisting with accounts receivable invoicing and customer account queries
- Maintaining accurate records within the ERP system
- Providing general finance and administrative support across the team
You will also have the opportunity to get involved in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and contributing to small projects across the function during quiet periods!
