ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Associate to join our growing Finance & Accounts team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in statutory compliance, bookkeeping, and multi-channel sales
reporting - and will thrive in a fast-paced, e-commerce-driven environment.
GST COMPLIANCE
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, etc.)
Manage platform-wise sales recognition and ensure accurate GST reporting for multi-channel sales
Handle GST notices, registration, and liaise with consultants where required
TDS COMPLIANCE
Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) within due dates
Issue Form 16 / 16A to vendors and employees
Reconcile TDS payables and receivables in books
PROVIDENT FUND (PF) & PROFESSIONAL TAX (PT)
