Finance & Business Development Executive

We are looking for a reliable part-time executive to support
finance coordination and reporting
while helping grow AiSP's
partnerships/sponsorships and corporate membership
. This role is hands-on and operational, with clear governance boundaries (no spending approval/contract signing authority unless explicitly authorised in writing). What you'll do
Finance (coordination & reporting) Maintain finance trackers (budget vs actual and projection, receivables aging) and provide monthly summaries to Treasurer/EXCO Coordinate invoicing/payment status with appointed accounting support and follow up on overdue receivables Prepare payment documentation packs for Treasurer/authorised approver review Support audit readiness (document organisation and retrieval) and meeting data packs Business development Build and manage a partnership/sponsorship pipeline and report monthly progress Draft outreach, proposals, sponsorship packages and partner briefs using AiSP templates Coordinate m...
