Team Introduction

:The Finance Business Partner, TikTok Shop team are responsible for overseeing user growth expenses, including forecasting, expense review and approval, efficiency analysis, performance evaluations, risk management, and other finance-related activities. This role plays a key part in supporting the TikTok Shop User Growth business team by driving strategic decision-making and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Position Summary:
Support the team's full process of Budget Management, including but not limited to forecasting and budgeting, efficiency analysis, performance recap, risk control and other finance related issues to assist the team on both strategy decision making and daily operation. Responsibilities:
